Precision did a great job for us and the service was fast and reasonable. So glad I didn't go with the first place I called, which said I would have to wait a week before they could even get someone out to look at my garage door opener. Carl Holme was the best technician ever! He was running early and was able to get to my job site about 2 hours early, to my surprise. I was impressed that he called to notify me ahead of time, before arriving, and I received texts throughout the confirmation process. I had purchased my own garage door opener (Chamberlain) and he was able to replace my rollers/wheels, the seal at the bottom and install the new motor within about an hour. he did it perfectly and I love our new garage door. Impressions begin whten the phone is answered and enough can’t be said for Alena (hope this spelling is correct) and her reaction to our call at 8:30am. Our garage door was broken (off the track) and both cars were inside. After checking our location and where the technicians were assigned, she told us they could have Carl out between 11am and 1pm. Carl called at 10:18 to let us know he was on his way from Huntsville and his approximate arrival time. Shortly after his call we received a text message confirming this information along with Carl’s picture, a bit about him and the office number in case we had any questions. That’s great follow-up! Carl arrived on time and handled the repair quicker than we could have imagined. The charge for all this professional service was very reasonable. Other companies might have taken advantage delivering what we considered “emergency” services.
