The Technician, Hunter, was very professional. He offered three different options after evaluating the garage door and based on what was needed. It only took him about an hour to replace my old broken door opener with a new and modern opener that has great features. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the spring when I will have some of the door hardware replaced and serviced.

Brent came to repair my single garage door that would not go up or down. Could not replace the board in the motor because unit was very old and board no longer available. Agreed to a new motor system. I also had a detached garage that I could open manually. Asked if he could install a unit for that garage. Brent was very happy to do so. He spent more than 5 hours installing both units. He worked very hard and made sure everything was working properly. Only minor issue was he was not able to help me install the app on my tablet. The app required getting on a ladder which Brent try to do but the app was not wanting to cooperate. We gave up. Will call Liftmaster for help. Brent was awesome!!!!!

With in two days, two Technician arrive for the installation, one of them been Justyn. All of the Technician was very professional and courteous. Very good company . Hunter Taylor was our service technician that came for the appointment . Time of arrival was earlier than appointment made time . I got the text he was on his way as he was walking up my sidewalk . Might should work on that timing . Lol . But I was sent reminders for the appointment prior to day and time of service . So of course the technician was expected . And he proceeded with the service call , made a couple of recommendations ,well noted , and then completed the service that was expected . I would call Precision again . We were satisfied with the work and the fee charged . Professional and friendly company to work with .

Was having trouble with my garage door opening and closing, but as luck would have it the door started working correctly right after I scheduled an appointment. He came early! After calling first, of course. I went over what I wanted and he listened to me. He had to go back to the shop for the right new opener for me. He put it together, new buttons on the wall (and sensors), Hooked up my car and my phone to the MyQ and it all works terrifically. Very quick response (although it wasn't needed); just needed bottom door seals replaced. Called in the morning, seals were replaced that afternoon! Appointment confirmed by text message. Brief bio and picture sent to me of the technician who was on his way. Justin was very personable and professional. He also did a safety inspection and lubrication on both doors as well as recommendations for longer of the doors/system.
