I appreciate that you came out to fix my garage door the same day that I requested the service. The person who took the call was very helpful in gathering my information and scheduling the repair. I was very surprised and very pleased that the repair was going to happen not only the same day I requested the service but also that it was going to be somewhat late in the day, 6:00-8:00 pm. That made me feel like it was important to y'all. Unfortunately, I missed the technician who came out to fix my door. He came out much earlier. I was notified by text and a phone call that he was coming out, but I did not have my phone with me at the time because I wasn't expecting calls. Fortunately, my wife was home at able to let the technician fix the door. I'm sorry I missed him. I would have liked to explain how the door was working before it "broke." The door and tracks look good and the door operates nicely/smoothly. It did not do that before the repair. Thank you very much for fixing my door so quickly.

On Saturday June 13, 2026 we had an issue with the garage door not closing completely. I called Precision Garage Door Service (not sure if they were open on weekends). To my surprise they were open. I did speak with someone and was able to report my issue. Technician Bryan Staggs was dispatched. He immediately assessed the situation and made the necessary repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We were very pleased that the repair could be completed on that day.

They were really quite pleasant to talk to about the problem my garage door was having. They quickly set me up with a appointment for a technician to tell me what the problem is. The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem I needed a whole new system to make my garage door to work . The technician Brent was on time was very curtious, did a great job, cleaned up , took the old system. Will keep them in note book for future references.

Because the door is not standard dimensions, Chandler informed me it would be ordered in the color I requested. This will be my second garage door installed by Precision Door. The Technician, Hunter, was very professional. He offered three different options after evaluating the garage door and based on what was needed. It only took him about an hour to replace my old broken door opener with a new and modern opener that has great features. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the spring when I will have some of the door hardware replaced and serviced.

Brent came to repair my single garage door that would not go up or down. Could not replace the board in the motor because unit was very old and board no longer available. Agreed to a new motor system. I also had a detached garage that I could open manually. Asked if he could install a unit for that garage. Brent was very happy to do so. He spent more than 5 hours installing both units. He worked very hard and made sure everything was working properly. Only minor issue was he was not able to help me install the app on my tablet. The app required getting on a ladder which Brent try to do but the app was not wanting to cooperate. We gave up. Will call Liftmaster for help. Brent was awesome!!!!!

My transaction began, with Mrs. Dana, I explain to her what I wanted. Technician Braxton came out for the measurements, and style of door. With in two days, two Technician arrive for the installation, one of them been Justyn. All of the Technician was very professional and courteous.
