I had a very good experience with Precision. I called and received a next day appointment. The serviceman arrived on the day and at the time promised. He asked me what the issue was and quickly assessed my options. Although I knew with almost 99.9% certainty that I was going to replace the opener I was glad that the serviceman offered a less expensive solution first (replace the circuit board). Once we agreed upon replacement he quickly replaced the unit and gave me a rundown on how things worked. Overall I was very pleased with the service received, professionalism, and believe I received fair and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend and use Precision again.

We would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! We called this morning and a technician was at our house within an hour or two. He quickly assessed the problem and efficiently fixed it for us. He took the time to recommend other improvements that could be done at a later date to make the doors operate better. Justin was very personable and professional!

They were able to fix my door the day I called which was a huge relief. They were running early and called to see if it would be OK if they came early which was great! I appreciated the text they sent out with a picture of the technician and who it was that was coming. Did quick work, good job. Very pleased.

We needed an additional pin pad garage opener and two “clicker” car garage door openers. We were able to get a quick appt at our convenience. The technician called when he was in the way. Extremely impressed and satisfied! The spring for our opener broke a few weeks ago and my husband attempted to fix it a couple of times himself but just could not get it to work. I called this morning and was told Austin would be out between 4 and 6. I was shocked when he called at 10 and said he was running ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes! He assessed the door and knew right away what the issue was. He replaced the original spring and had it working again within an hour. Thank you so, so much!! I will definitely call them again if we need help in the future and highly recommend them!! Awesome service and extremely reasonable! Thank you again!

Garage door repair service was fast and reasonably priced. The guys were professional and didn't try to over-sell any product. Will call them again if I need any more work done!
