They were able to fix my door the day I called which was a huge relief. They were running early and called to see if it would be OK if they came early which was great! I appreciated the text they sent out with a picture of the technician and who it was that was coming. Did quick work, good job. Very pleased.

Hunter did a great job! He replaced the springs, the bar, rollers, and installed a new truss to stop the bottom section from sagging. It’s working like new! We’re happy with the service.

We needed an additional pin pad garage opener and two “clicker” car garage door openers. We were able to get a quick appt at our convenience. The technician called when he was in the way. Mr. Weaver was professional and friendly. He verified what we needed and explained the devices before leaving. I will use and recommend Precision Door Huntsville.

Extremely impressed and satisfied! The spring for our opener broke a few weeks ago and my husband attempted to fix it a couple of times himself but just could not get it to work. I called this morning and was told Austin would be out between 4 and 6. I was shocked when he called at 10 and said he was running ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes! He assessed the door and knew right away what the issue was. He replaced the original spring and had it working again within an hour. Thank you so, so much!! I will definitely call them again if we need help in the future and highly recommend them!! Awesome service and extremely reasonable! Thank you again!

He was very knowledgeable and courteous and completed the work in less than 1 hour. I just wish all companies did business the way you all do. :)

I am new to the Huntsville area and my experience with independent and small contractors has been regrettable. Seeing Precision vans in my area that were well maintained gave me the confidence that I would be working with reliable professionals. After the installation, the owner personally called me to follow up on service. That is as good as it gets in my book. Color me very pleased.

From initial phone call to fully functioning garage door in less than 2 hours. Really appreciate Mitchel calling to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within minutes of his estimated eta. I opted for the full upgrade package which is quite an improvement over the cheapest option installed by the builder some 12 years ago. I really can't comment on the cost as each homeowner needs to decide which is best for their particular situation. As for quality of service and professionalism of the technician who performed the work, I can give them my unqualified recommendation.
