From initial phone call to fully functioning garage door in less than 2 hours. Really appreciate Mitchel calling to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within minutes of his estimated eta. I opted for the full upgrade package which is quite an improvement over the cheapest option installed by the builder some 12 years ago. I really can't comment on the cost as each homeowner needs to decide which is best for their particular situation. As for quality of service and professionalism of the technician who performed the work, I can give them my unqualified recommendation.

I used Precision to fix my garage door, they did a great job, and what I like about them is that they were on time and explain what they were doing as they fix it. With a name like Precision you know it has to be good.

Really good service. Mitchell was very good at what he does. He walked me through the process and helped me decide what needed to be done. Took him 3 hours to install new garage door, springs, opener, etc. Would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service. Thanks alot.
