I was very impressed with the individual that came. He called in advance and was within the time frame I was given. He even got on the cell phone with my son to explain the options. Your technician was knowledgeable and efficient, My only issue was your price. The bill was $502, but I had a coupon for $100 off. I paid $402 for your technician to replace three sets of bearings and set the tension on the torsion spring. Parts may have been $50, which means I paid $352 for less than one hour of his time. That said, he did a great job.
