The spring on our garage door broke leaving it very difficult to get the garage door open. Called Precision Garage Door to repair. I had used them before and had been extremely satisfied. Justin was the repairman they sent. He was on time and very thorough. Presented me with several options after discussing the age of the overall unit. No pressure just options. I remain extremely happy with their work. 5 stars from me.

Precision has my forever business! I've seen their advertisement on television many times. This is my first service call with them, and I have to say I will not use anyone else in the future. The technician, Hunter, was fantastic, professional, explained every detail, showed me every part of the functioning garage door, described where the issues were, and possible future issues that could form in the future. He was knowledgeable, presented a sequence of options, represented the company wonderfully, and didn't leave until he knew I understood all he had installed and their functions. I've had several garages at different locations, and this is the absolute BEST experience I've ever had with a garage service. Precision is the company to use. Thank you Precision and thank you Hunter!

I thought I just needed new torsion springs. When Justin examined the. garage door system he found that the bearing in the garage door opener was wearing out and showed me. I wouldn't have noticed that by myself. He also installed other items that I wanted replaced. He explained how to perform maintenance. He was prompt, friendly and courteous which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

I've used Precision door twice now. Once to install new motors on our garage doors and once to replace all moving parts on our large door. Their advice was spot on and their work was outstanding. They don't just offer you the most expensive option but present all options explaining their pros and cons, no pressure. Our largest door, a double insulated door, is so quiet and smooth when it opens/closes, it's amazing. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Justin!

This is my 2nd experience with Precision Garage Door. Jacob was my technician both times. You put me at ease when you sent his picture & bio. I felt like I already knew him. Last year he installed my door, answered all my questions and showed me how he solved my problem. This year he was back to make a minor adjustment (at no charge) & with a smile! You guys are Top Notch!

Scheduling was very easy and they were able to give me some estimated prices for what I thought was going to be my resulting problem. Turned out there was maybe a different problem than what I thought and that they were unable to help any further because it was going to need addressed by a different skilled contractor (potential drains). I likes the honesty and being upfront and not trying to sell me something that I did not really need. On site Technician Hunter was very courteous and professional and was transparent about his time in the field and gave me examples what the problem could be and why it was outside the paramenters of their organization.

So, i had a garage door that would start to close then stop. Its a precision brand PDS 800. i made an appointment and he was able to come earlier, fine with me. Hunter , the tech arrived and looked things over, made some adjustments, lubricated the joints, and went on his way..... opening and closing the garage door is something i just used to, with a push of a button. But when it doesn't work , its a problem. These guys took care of the problem,. thanks cjc

Very pleased with Precision Door Service. Garage door spring broke late in the afternoon; got online and scheduled a visit for the next day. The technician, Brent, arrived early, provided quotes for three levels of repair, and finished the work (replaced spring and all moving parts) in record time. Brent was very courteous, informative, and professional. Couldn't be happier with his work.
