On Saturday June 13, 2026 we had an issue with the garage door not closing completely. I called Precision Garage Door Service (not sure if they were open on weekends). To my surprise they were open. I did speak with someone and was able to report my issue. Technician Bryan Staggs was dispatched. He immediately assessed the situation and made the necessary repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We were very pleased that the repair could be completed on that day.

They were really quite pleasant to talk to about the problem my garage door was having. They quickly set me up with a appointment for a technician to tell me what the problem is. The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem I needed a whole new system to make my garage door to work . The technician Brent was on time was very curtious, did a great job, cleaned up , took the old system. Will keep them in note book for future references.

Garage door opener light just flashed and would not open or close the door. Chris troubleshot the issue and found a bad wire. He repaired and opener is operating normally now. Great service and very quick to respond when I called with same day service.
