We had a great experience with the repair of our garage door sensors that were old and wearing down. We used a coupon on Percision’s website that saved us a little money. They did an excellent job and provided the best customer service.

Superb and rapid service. The service technician, Mr. Brian A., was courteous and able to identify the issue and resolve it very quickly. He also advised me of new products that are available when I decide to upgrade my garage motor and parts. I would recommend him for any garage door service. Thank you Brian and Precision.

Scheduling was very easy and they were able to give me some estimated prices for what I thought was going to be my resulting problem. Turned out there was maybe a different problem than what I thought and that they were unable to help any further because it was going to need addressed by a different skilled contractor (potential drains). I likes the honesty and being upfront and not trying to sell me something that I did not really need. On site Technician Hunter was very courteous and professional and was transparent about his time in the field and gave me examples what the problem could be and why it was outside the paramenters of their organization.

After discussing the pro's and con's of repairing the old garage door opener, (28 years) we decided to replace it with a new Genie belt drive opener. I am very satisfied with the opener and the technician that installed it. He did a good job and programed my car remotes.

Brent Cooper was absolutely awesome. I feel like he saved me thousands by just being observant in his inspection of my garage door and attached systems. Because of him, my garage works way better and I’m not waking up by the noise. It’s really quiet opening and closing the door. Thanks Brent!

Justin Collier was my technician and he was wonderful. He took his time to look around and he wrote me 2 estimates. I chose the better one because I would like this fix to last a long time. He explained everything to me. When he was done he checked our opener and looked to see if our remotes worked along with the keypad. I was very satisfied. Thank you, Teresa Morris

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door and their expert, Justin Collier, on March 26. Justin quickly identified the issue with a loose lower frame on my garage opening and repaired it with incredible precision. Beyond the immediate fix, he developed and executed a long-term plan to ensure the door remains safe and functional for years to come. Professional, knowledgeable, and highly recommended!

The service repairman was professional, courteous, and on time. The services provided immediately addressed and fixed the problem with my garage door. In fact, I was surprised that Precision could identify the problem the same day and fix the issue the same morning the repairman arrived. No doubt, I will keep Precision as my first "go-to" for garage door services.

Hunter came by, inspected everything, explained the results of his inspection and then provided 3 payment options/levels of service/repair. I really appreciated these repair options. Most companies would give you a cost to do everything resulting in a high pressure sell. I felt like it took the pressure off and gave you room to decide on what repairs you wanted to make and how much you wanted to spend. Hunter answered my questions and explained everything well. He did a great job and it really didn’t take long. He performed a rebuild and replaced all the moving parts of my 20 year old 2 car garage door. I highly recommend him and this company!

Brent did a fantastic job on my garage door spring replacement. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about why springs break and how to keep them in tune in the future. After his inspection he recommended other item that should also be replace, which I agreed. Upon completion of my garage door repair the thing is a lot quieter and runs much smoother. I am very satisfied with my garage door now.
