Worn out rollers and 2 cracked hinges replaced as advertised. I called at 8 am and Austin showed up and completed repairs by noon. Austin was wonderful! Our torsion spring broke Monday night and I called Precision Tuesday morning. They were able to get me on schedule for noon-2, and I got a call from Austin at 11:00 letting me know he was on his way. He was at my house by 11:30. He was cordial, friendly, and professional, and was done replacing the spring and packed up by 12:15.
