Brent Cooper worked on the issue & thought he had it ready, but the other side of the door stopped working too. He stayed and worked on it until the job was completed & correct. Another tech (Hunter) showed up with a component that was needed and provided some information about the direct drive motor I have. They were both professional, friendly & explained things clearly. Give these guys a raise or at least buy them lunch!

We have used Precision Door twice now. Once for a new garage door opener and the second time to replace a broken spring. Both times service scheduling was super easy and the communication was great. My Garage door spring broke on Sunday, Found Precision on google. Liked their reviews and made and appointment online. Got an email saying they'd be out Monday at the time I requested. Fast, efficient service. The Tech, Braxton was on time, calling about 10 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts available to make the repair. Justin arrived at time expected. He inspected my door and put together a price to fix all problems with my door. The original problem was broken door spring. I gave the go ahead to repair all problems. He basically replaced all moving parts and a double spring. In turn I received a lifetime warranty.
