My Garage door spring broke on Sunday, Found Precision on google. Liked their reviews and made and appointment online. Got an email saying they'd be out Monday at the time I requested. Justin was the tech, very professional, saw what I needed, made a couple of suggestions which were much appreciated. Repair was fast and clean. Very happy with the service and highly recommend Precision for all garage door services

The repair started with the door stuck in place and one spring hanging outside the door (before photo below). Justin C. arrived 24 hours after I requested service. Justin was professional, thorough, fast, and efficient. I was able to order a mechanical upgrade with a warranty on the spot.

Fast, efficient service. The Tech, Braxton was on time, calling about 10 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts available to make the repair. There was a lifetime warranty on the repair which is comforting. Very satisfied with the service. This is our second time using Precision and we highly recommend them to others.

Justin arrived at time expected. He inspected my door and put together a price to fix all problems with my door. The original problem was broken door spring. I gave the go ahead to repair all problems. He basically replaced all moving parts and a double spring. In turn I received a lifetime warranty. Justin was very professional and checked all lubricated as needed. Great experience! Great employee!

These guys/gals are awesome. Making my appt was super easy, although I tried online and it would not work for me; I called the next morning and got it set up without any problem. My service tech guy named Stephen Reliford was awesome at explaining the work that needed done and the timely manner that it was performed in. He was also friendly and polite. Would not hesitate to call again if the need ever should arise. You guys/gals keep up the great work.

I chose Precision based on posted reviews for my area. Two garage doors were not closing. The technician was on-time and quickly identified the problem. Two of my old sensors were not working properly, and once replaced, both doors and openers worked fine. He also repaired the sensor wiring on a third door to improve its reliability. I thought I would need new openers or at least adjustments, so this simple repair saved me money.
