Brent Cooper worked on the issue & thought he had it ready, but the other side of the door stopped working too. He stayed and worked on it until the job was completed & correct. Another tech (Hunter) showed up with a component that was needed and provided some information about the direct drive motor I have. They were both professional, friendly & explained things clearly. Give these guys a raise or at least buy them lunch!

We have used Precision Door twice now. Once for a new garage door opener and the second time to replace a broken spring. Both times service scheduling was super easy and the communication was great. We had Justin as our tech for both visits. When my wife found out that Justin was our tech again it gave not only her peace of mind but me as well. We knew that it would be someone we could trust and that the work would be done right. He explains your repair options so that you can understand and does great work. Fast, efficient service. The Tech, Braxton was on time, calling about 10 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts available to make the repair. There was a lifetime warranty on the repair which is comforting. Very satisfied with the service. This is our second time using Precision and we highly recommend them to others.
