These guys/gals are awesome. Making my appt was super easy, although I tried online and it would not work for me; I called the next morning and got it set up without any problem. My service tech guy named Stephen Reliford was awesome at explaining the work that needed done and the timely manner that it was performed in. He was also friendly and polite. Would not hesitate to call again if the need ever should arise. You guys/gals keep up the great work.

I chose Precision based on posted reviews for my area. Two garage doors were not closing. The technician was on-time and quickly identified the problem. Two of my old sensors were not working properly, and once replaced, both doors and openers worked fine. He also repaired the sensor wiring on a third door to improve its reliability. I thought I would need new openers or at least adjustments, so this simple repair saved me money.

Added insulation to the garage door and needed an assist balancing. I went with Precision due to very good reviews, and the quantity of reviews on Google. The door is 15 years old, so went ahead and got it rebuilt with a few new parts. Justin was prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. We got along great. Very good experience.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a broken spring and was replaced quickly, also added a support brace since one door panel had some damage due to being run into. Door works good again!
