I have been doing business with these folks for many years and have found them to be very helpful in solving my needs. They are courteous, always on time, will call if problems show up. The technicians are knowledgeable, long term employees, and very friendly. Cost are fair, product the best. No problems. They installed new doors system and have returned for minor problems which were my bads.

Excellent, fast service! Repairman Mitchell was very professional and on time! He called 30 minutes before his arrival. I called on a Tuesday night, and they were there the next day. I highly recommend them!

I especially appreciated receiving the text before they arrived, showing a picture of one of the Technicians. The service that we had by Carl was amazing. He replaced our system and added a key pad in an hour. He made sure that we had the very best. When we replace our other garage door opener, or have any problems, we will definitely call Precision.

As long as these guys are in business I won't be using anyone else for my garage door needs. I have used them twice and they always respond sooner than expected. Garage door spring broke this morning locking one of our cars inside. We called and TJ was assigned to come at 4:00. He was working ahead of scheduled and called to see if we'd be there. He made the necessary repairs in about 45 minutes to an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Precision.

From the initial contact with Heather to the resolution of the garage door problem by Mitchell the service was friendly, efficient,and professional. I contacted the office at 8:00am, Mitchell arrived by 10:00, replaced the garage door motor and was gone by 12:30. Definitely like doing business with this company.
