I chose Precision based on posted reviews for my area. Two garage doors were not closing. The technician was on-time and quickly identified the problem. Two of my old sensors were not working properly, and once replaced, both doors and openers worked fine. He also repaired the sensor wiring on a third door to improve its reliability. I thought I would need new openers or at least adjustments, so this simple repair saved me money.

The door is 15 years old, so went ahead and got it rebuilt with a few new parts. Justin was prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. We got along great. Very good experience.
