I chose Precision based on posted reviews for my area. Two garage doors were not closing. The technician was on-time and quickly identified the problem. Two of my old sensors were not working properly, and once replaced, both doors and openers worked fine. He also repaired the sensor wiring on a third door to improve its reliability. I thought I would need new openers or at least adjustments, so this simple repair saved me money.

Added insulation to the garage door and needed an assist balancing. I went with Precision due to very good reviews, and the quantity of reviews on Google. The door is 15 years old, so went ahead and got it rebuilt with a few new parts. Justin was prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. We got along great. Very good experience.

I have been doing business with these folks for many years and have found them to be very helpful in solving my needs. They are courteous, always on time, will call if problems show up. The technicians are knowledgeable, long term employees, and very friendly. Cost are fair, product the best. No problems. As long as these guys are in business I won't be using anyone else for my garage door needs. I have used them twice and they always respond sooner than expected. The spring on my garage door and had to be replaced. The tech showed up on the early side of the 2hr window and was finished in about 45 minutes. Very happy with the service.
