Garage door spring broke this morning locking one of our cars inside. We called and TJ was assigned to come at 4:00. He was working ahead of scheduled and called to see if we'd be there. He made the necessary repairs in about 45 minutes to an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Precision.

From the initial contact with Heather to the resolution of the garage door problem by Mitchell the service was friendly, efficient,and professional. I contacted the office at 8:00am, Mitchell arrived by 10:00, replaced the garage door motor and was gone by 12:30. Definitely like doing business with this company.

I called Precision, and in less than 2hours Mitchell and Carl were at my house. They inspected, fixed a circuit board, performed services and maintenance, reconnected my outdoor keypad, two new remotes and new internal button pads all in just over an hour. Really polite, professional and performed great work. Would definitely recommend!!

I was very impressed with Mitchell Meals when he visited to make the initial job estimate for a new garage door. He was very knowledgeable and checked the details to ensure the job was planned accurately. On July 13, 2017, Mitchell Meals, assisted by T.J.Cooley installed the new door. They were very thorough, taking a great deal of care to ensure that the install was accomplished properly. Our appointment was for 4:00 - 6:00pm and the installer arrived about 4:30. He told me what my options were on repairing my old opener which was very outdated. The old openers were installed in 1993. We purchased two LiftMaster door openers. He was able to install them that evening without me having to make another appointment at a later date for installation. They were quick and professional. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that was needing garage door service.

To other Customers from a Client: A courteous, efficient and helpful response from my initial phone call. An advance phone call from TJ, who arrived promptly and went through a clear explanation of what was being provided, without the usual "upselling" you might receive from a vendor, once they get a "foot in the door". Mitchell, an additional Tech was in the area and came to assist in the installation of the 2 Door openers. Clean up and complete satisfaction were what I was left with. All that and a pleasant attitude.......but isn't that how business should be done?. Anyway I will simply say Thank you.
