The spring on my garage door broke last night around 8:30 (just prior to me getting home from work). My husband called first thing this morning, and a technician was here by 1:30 to repair it. We have used Precision on several other occasions, and we've always been pleased with the prompt, courteous service.

The Technicians were prompt, friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I especially appreciated receiving the text before they arrived, showing a picture of one of the Technicians. They went the extra mile to program both my car and my cell phone so they would work with the new garage door openers. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

As long as these guys are in business I won't be using anyone else for my garage door needs. I have used them twice and they always respond sooner than expected. They get in, do their job, and get out, always in a time that is less than I expected. Better yet, they do the job right for a fair price. I wish more businesses were run like this.

I am happy with the complete tune-up my garage door got. I am hoping they will call me back about the item I asked for. I would like to "tweek" my garage door with a vent to allow the garage to 'breathe'.
