T.J. did an outstanding job. He showed up at the very beginning of the maintenance window, and he explained everything he did in troubleshooting and repairing my door. He also identified a couple of areas of concern with my door and discussed mitigation options. I am extremely pleased with T.J. and Precision Door and will be doing business again in the near future. I called Precision Doors and requested an estimate to install 2 doors in my shop. They set the time for the technician to come out around my work schedule. The technician called and ask to come a little early and was very appreciative that I was able to accommodate. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and gave me a price that I thought was reasonable for the type of work that I requested, and a schedule that I could work with. At the time that I scheduled the installation, I was asked to pay half of the cost. Before I was able to get the doors installed, I had to cancel the order because of other issues beyond Precision Doors. The folks at Precision Door, tried to work a solution for the issue that I was having without success. Precision Door refunded my money within 24 hours without any question. I told them that I’ll have other work to be performed at a later date, and that they would be to first one I call. I would recommend these folks to anyone. They put a fair amount of effort to satisfy my problems, and in the end, they graciously gave me my money back without question. It’s great to see CUSTOMER SERVICE in action. Something that we seem to be losing. Thanks again Precision Doors for your help, I’ll be talking to you later.

The technician called ahead of time and showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The technician explained the typical problems of a chain-driven system and provided an estimate for replacing it with a belt-drive system when the time comes. The technician asked me if I was satisfied with the repair (I was) before he asked for payment. He performed the repair, cleaned up his work area, and departed in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.

I phoned Precision at 8am and the tech arrived at 9am. It doesn't get any better than that. Tech diagnosed that the drive gear was broken on my 27 year old Liftmaster garage door opener. He had a new one installed in an hour. Very happy to recommend these folks to all.

Chose Precision because of the web site and the information provided. I did notice on the web site it says there is no charge for Saturday or Sunday services but when I talked with a Precision rep on the phone there is a $90.00 charge for those days. Jonathan was right on time and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and gave reasons why for items he recommended. The repair was done very quickly. I would recommend to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

Very efficient, very prompt. T.J. and Mitchell were our technicians. They ran into a problem installing the door because of the low ceiling but quickly figured out a workaround and completed the job timely. I highly recommend Precision Door.
