The guys were friendly and professional and called to let me know they were on the way. The doors look and operate great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the new seals are narrower than the the old ones and don't overlap the garage door opening trim correctly. Wider seals should have been used.

I needed to have the bottom weather stripping gasket replaced on my garage door and my opener was making a clicking sound and wouldn't function. Preston and an assistant arrived promptly in the time frame scheduled. Extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Had everything done in less than 30 minutes. I will happily use again, and as a Realtor, feel confident in referring my clients to this company.

Great service!!! From the time I called them for service to the time they finished (leaving my driveway) was less than an hour. There was no long wait to wait for an appointment. The service was quick, the job was done right, I am very pleased the guys working on it (Preston & the guy he was I assume training) were very nice and friendly. They gave me tips and recommendations for maintaining my garage. If my garage breaks again ( I hope not) I will be calling them, and they are reasonably priced!!!

A found a Groupon for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. It seemed like it would cover the noise mine was making. The technicians were professional, on-time and had great communication before and during their visit. They replaced the rollers and lubed the hinges. I really appreciate Justin telling me how to keep them maintained. He also informed me about a possible issue in the future. He priced it out and gave me the choice to fix it also at this visit. I chose not to, but he was very informative, and I appreciate the heads up.
