I appreciate that you came out to fix my garage door the same day that I requested the service. The person who took the call was very helpful in gathering my information and scheduling the repair. I was very surprised and very pleased that the repair was going to happen not only the same day I requested the service but also that it was going to be somewhat late in the day, 6:00-8:00 pm. That made me feel like it was important to y'all. Unfortunately, I missed the technician who came out to fix my door. He came out much earlier. I was notified by text and a phone call that he was coming out, but I did not have my phone with me at the time because I wasn't expecting calls. Fortunately, my wife was home at able to let the technician fix the door. I'm sorry I missed him. I would have liked to explain how the door was working before it "broke." The door and tracks look good and the door operates nicely/smoothly. It did not do that before the repair. Thank you very much for fixing my door so quickly.

On Saturday June 13, 2026 we had an issue with the garage door not closing completely. I called Precision Garage Door Service (not sure if they were open on weekends). To my surprise they were open. I did speak with someone and was able to report my issue. Technician Bryan Staggs was dispatched. He immediately assessed the situation and made the necessary repair. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We were very pleased that the repair could be completed on that day.

They were really quite pleasant to talk to about the problem my garage door was having. They quickly set me up with a appointment for a technician to tell me what the problem is. The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem I needed a whole new system to make my garage door to work . Mr. Keyshawn Banks was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door repairs, replacements, and proper installation. He not only fixed our garage door, which wouldn’t open, but also explained the simple issue that caused the problem in the first place. I also asked about repairing dents in our second door and originally planned to replace the panels. Although they weren’t able to replace just the panels, Mr. Banks provided clear quotes for a full door replacement along with additional options that would help extend the life of our garage door system.
