I called in the morning and a service attendant was here at 3:00 - How great is that? It is wonderful. Brant Cooper was the technician and he was so very nice and fixed the problem quickly and made sure to check everything else regarding the door. We were VERY PLEASED!!!

Mr. Heath Burlson arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. He has serviced my garage doors for about two years and has always arrived on time. His personality and interface with me taking time to respond to my questions is great. His technical knowledge of "old" Craftsman garage door openers is fantastic. Diagnosing of the problem and repair has been fast and properly done. Let me add TO "Purchase a New Product" below needs more options. Mr. Burleson replaced the "Receiver Logic Board Replacement Kit" Only "Opener" was close to what he replaced

Braxton did a great job. Set up everything, programmed my phone, carried off the old door opener, took the time to show me how everything worked and cleaned up his mess. Did a good job running the wiring. Ask for Braxton, you won't be disappointed.

The bad news is that the spring on my garage door opener broke. The good news is that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. I was very impressed with the organization and their service. I contacted them around 8:30am and the service rep was at my door at 10:00am. Speaking of the service rep, I cannot say enough good things about Justin C. He was professional, courteous, a hard worker, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I could not have asked for any better support and would highly recommend Precision and, especially, Justin C. for garage door repairs.

Just an outstanding experience. They showed up exactly when expected. I trusted every assessment they gave us when evaluating our old garage door system. We both were exceptionally pleased with the various options and recommendations on what to do to resolve the concerns. We decided on a motor system change out along with replacement of door related hardware. The technicians were exceptionally gracious and experienced with all system related issues: should we do this, or should we do that? The Technician, Hunter, was very professional. He offered three different options after evaluating the garage door and based on what was needed. It only took him about an hour to replace my old broken door opener with a new and modern opener that has great features. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the spring when I will have some of the door hardware replaced and serviced.

I called Wednesday and hour before closing needing service on my garage door asap. Braxton was at my home by 8:35 the next morning. He expertly aligned my door, made sure the side cables were in place and re-tensioned the big spring so that the door worked smoothly with only little effort. Fast expert service at a reasonable price. Good job!

Precision came out in a response to expedited request - garage door was broke with both cars inside. The repair was diagnosed, including other parts wear/tear, problem fixed expediently. In addition; Precision provided maintenance to the other door! Great service.
