I called Wednesday and hour before closing needing service on my garage door asap. Braxton was at my home by 8:35 the next morning. He expertly aligned my door, made sure the side cables were in place and re-tensioned the big spring so that the door worked smoothly with only little effort. Fast expert service at a reasonable price. Good job!

Precision came out in a response to expedited request - garage door was broke with both cars inside. The repair was diagnosed, including other parts wear/tear, problem fixed expediently. In addition; Precision provided maintenance to the other door! Great service.

Brent came to repair my single garage door that would not go up or down. Could not replace the board in the motor because unit was very old and board no longer available. Agreed to a new motor system. I also had a detached garage that I could open manually. Asked if he could install a unit for that garage. Brent was very happy to do so. He spent more than 5 hours installing both units. He worked very hard and made sure everything was working properly. Only minor issue was he was not able to help me install the app on my tablet. The app required getting on a ladder which Brent try to do but the app was not wanting to cooperate. We gave up. Will call Liftmaster for help. Brent was awesome!!!!!

Super simple and easy appointment was made after my 20 year old garage opener gave out. Braxton and Hunter arrived right on time and got me fixed up with a new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings, and other hardware for a reasonable price on the spot in the same day in under 90 minutes! Definitely recommend for any garage door needs! Super professional, honest, informative, and did a great diagnosis with no-pressure installation! Highly recommended!

Brent was very professional and presented himself well. He did leave automatic when he arrived at my house and I wasn’t there. He arrived a few minutes before I got there and was patient enough to let me put my dogs outside, even though he had already had to wait a few minutes for me to get there. He explained everything throughly and answered all my questions. All around it was a great experience

Justin Collier was the technician who arrived at my home to repair my garage door. I thought it would take two technicians. Justin took a look at the garage door and then went to work. Justin was very professional and very polite. After repairing the garage door. Justin made a few adjustments. Justin also had a few recommendations for future purposes. My garage door works great and it is very quiet. If all of the technicians take pride in their work like Justin, Precision Door Service is the company to call regarding door service.
