Mr. Heath Burlson arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. He has serviced my garage doors for about two years and has always arrived on time. His personality and interface with me taking time to respond to my questions is great. His technical knowledge of "old" Craftsman garage door openers is fantastic. Mr. Burleson replaced the "Receiver Logic Board Replacement Kit" Only "Opener" was close to what he replaced

The bad news is that the spring on my garage door opener broke. The good news is that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. I was very impressed with the organization and their service. The Technician, Hunter, was very professional. He offered three different options after evaluating the garage door and based on what was needed. It only took him about an hour to replace my old broken door opener with a new and modern opener that has great features. Brent came to repair my single garage door that would not go up or down. Could not replace the board in the motor because unit was very old and board no longer available. Agreed to a new motor system. I also had a detached garage that I could open manually. Asked if he could install a unit for that garage. Brent was very happy to do so. He spent more than 5 hours installing both units. He worked very hard and made sure everything was working properly. Only minor issue was he was not able to help me install the app on my tablet. The app required getting on a ladder which Brent try to do but the app was not wanting to cooperate. We gave up. Will call Liftmaster for help. Brent was awesome!!!!!
