I was very impressed with the individual that came. He called in advance and was within the time frame I was given. He even got on the cell phone with my son to explain the options. I am 84 years old and do not know anything about door repair. My son helped me decide. The individual was very patient on the phone with my son and explained 3 or 4 options and the price. I thought Precision had installed the door originally but he found a sticker that said Wilson. They had not done a good job. Thank you for sending such a nice person and fixing my door this morning. I paid $402 for your technician to replace three sets of bearings and set the tension on the torsion spring. Parts may have been $50, which means I paid $352 for less than one hour of his time. That said, he did a great job.

He provided options for repair and although certainly not cheap, I did feel the price charged was fair and probably comparable to what others would have charged.
