It was a great experience, starting with Dana, the receptionist. I called around 8:15 am and a serviceman was here before 5:00 pm. A very quick response. The servicemen was Justin and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely highly recommend Precision Door.

I called yesterday and the garage bottom seals were replaced this morning. Technician called and arrived on time to perform the job. Garage door spring broke on 5/2/2021 around 11am. I called Precision to set an appointment and was told it wouldn’t be until later that day between 6pm and 8pm. 11:30pm I got a text that my technician Hunter Taylor was on the way. Hunter was super knowledgeable and explained how to take care of my garage door moving forward! We even talked about classic cars! It’s almost 2pm on 5/2/2021, Hunter is long gone and my garage door is working again!!! #PRECISION4THEWIN

Referred by Home Advisor. Called and scheduled service next day. Technician, Mitchel, provided three repair/replace estimates. He advised the current drive train was in good shape, and the outstanding features of the replacement units. I elected to repair unit by replacing circuit board. Technician replaced board and reprogramed all remotes. Very professional service, will call them again.

We had lightning hot our home and shorting out numerous electrical items. One of them our garage door opener. A few months later we had the opener make an unusual humming noise so I called Precision. Austin came out to check he was very timely and professional. He troubleshooter the issue and replaced the faulty part. Simple quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Precision anytime.

this visit was for a tune up, the result of a coupon in the mail. the technician was competent and efficient. i feel the cost was worth the peace of mind i get from this tune up. i got the invoice a little later in my email. i really dont need a six page invoice for a lube and roller replacement. however, in reading the inspection checklist, i see that my end plates are worn and failed. that was never mentioned during the visit.
