If I could give Precision Garage Door Service more than five stars, I absolutely would. Mr. Keyshawn Banks was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door repairs, replacements, and proper installation. He not only fixed our garage door, which wouldn’t open, but also explained the simple issue that caused the problem in the first place. I also asked about repairing dents in our second door and originally planned to replace the panels. Although they weren’t able to replace just the panels, Mr. Banks provided clear quotes for a full door replacement along with additional options that would help extend the life of our garage door system. I highly recommend this company and fully intend to use them again. Job well done, Mr. Keyshawn Banks!

I had Precision Door Service come out to do some adjustments, add an additional lock and install a new weatherstripping to bottom of my garage door. I called to schedule appt. and they were here the next morning. The technician Brent Cooper was great in explaining what he was going to do. Garage door spring broke on 5/2/2021 around 11am. I called Precision to set an appointment and was told it wouldn’t be until later that day between 6pm and 8pm. 11:30pm I got a text that my technician Hunter Taylor was on the way. Hunter was super knowledgeable and explained how to take care of my garage door moving forward! We even talked about classic cars! It’s almost 2pm on 5/2/2021, Hunter is long gone and my garage door is working again!!! #PRECISION4THEWIN

He advised the current drive train was in good shape, and the outstanding features of the replacement units. I elected to repair unit by replacing circuit board. Technician replaced board and reprogramed all remotes. Very professional service, will call them again.
