We had lightning hot our home and shorting out numerous electrical items. One of them our garage door opener. A few months later we had the opener make an unusual humming noise so I called Precision. Austin came out to check he was very timely and professional. He troubleshooter the issue and replaced the faulty part. Simple quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Precision anytime.

this visit was for a tune up, the result of a coupon in the mail. the technician was competent and efficient. i feel the cost was worth the peace of mind i get from this tune up. i got the invoice a little later in my email. i really dont need a six page invoice for a lube and roller replacement. however, in reading the inspection checklist, i see that my end plates are worn and failed. that was never mentioned during the visit.
