The torsion spring broke on my garage door broke today. I googled garage door repairs and decided upon Precision because of their high rating plus the ease of online booking. I did not have to speak with anybody on the phone. I simply scheduled the appointment, picked the soonest available time, and received confirmation that it was booked. My tech, Heath, was at my house in under 2 hours. I like that Precision sent his picture when notifying me he was on his way. Booking could not have been easier! Heath was awesome! He explained everything thoroughly, was very professional, and replaced the springs in a timely manner. He got the work done in 30 min! He had all the equipment in his truck, ready to go. He waived the service fee and even tightened the chain on the motor, which made it less noisy than before! This is a wonderful company! I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Came home at 4:45 on 2/17 to have my garage door basically fall apart on the right side. Several rollers had come out and the cable on the left side had wrapped completely around the axle of the door. Called Precision Garage door service for help. They responded and my door was completely rebuilt with a lifetime warranty on all the main moving parts; rollers, springs, drums and cables. This was all completed by 6:30pm. Thank you to Justyn Potter, lead installer, for completing this job with excellence. Justyn explained everything before the repairs and completed the job in what I consider record time. Mitchell Meals accomplished an excellent job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quick in completing the spring replacement. The appointment was scheduled for between 10-12, but he was here at 10. My experience with most repairs is a 4 hour window and 95% show up at the last hour. I liked your text stating who was coming and a picture of the person. Great for security purposes. The only thing I didn't like was the gas charge.

WE had garage door opener problems at 3PM. Called Precision door and they responded with a technician at 6PM. Justin Collier was the greatest service provider we have had the past several years. He took apart the old garage door opener and discovered the problem. He then presented options to owner and enabled us to make our decision. Justin was outstanding in every aspect of the installation. Justin double checked every connection and made sure every piece of equipment was installed perfect. He provided an invoice as soon as the work was complete. Precision Door and their technician were top notch for us.
