Mitchell Meals accomplished an excellent job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quick in completing the spring replacement. The appointment was scheduled for between 10-12, but he was here at 10. My experience with most repairs is a 4 hour window and 95% show up at the last hour. I liked your text stating who was coming and a picture of the person. Great for security purposes. The only thing I didn't like was the gas charge.

WE had garage door opener problems at 3PM. Called Precision door and they responded with a technician at 6PM. Justin Collier was the greatest service provider we have had the past several years. He took apart the old garage door opener and discovered the problem. He then presented options to owner and enabled us to make our decision. Justin was outstanding in every aspect of the installation. Justin double checked every connection and made sure every piece of equipment was installed perfect. He provided an invoice as soon as the work was complete. Precision Door and their technician were top notch for us.

His personality and interface with me taking time to respond to my questions is great. His technical knowledge of "old" Craftsman garage door openers is fantastic. Diagnosing of the problem and repair has been fast and properly done. Let me add TO "Purchase a New Product" below needs more options. Mr. Burleson replaced the "Receiver Logic Board Replacement Kit" Only "Opener" was close to what he replaced
