If I could give Precision Garage Door Service more than five stars, I absolutely would. Mr. Keyshawn Banks was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door repairs, replacements, and proper installation. He not only fixed our garage door, which wouldn’t open, but also explained the simple issue that caused the problem in the first place. I also asked about repairing dents in our second door and originally planned to replace the panels. Although they weren’t able to replace just the panels, Mr. Banks provided clear quotes for a full door replacement along with additional options that would help extend the life of our garage door system. I highly recommend this company and fully intend to use them again. Job well done, Mr. Keyshawn Banks!

I had Precision Door Service come out to do some adjustments, add an additional lock and install a new weatherstripping to bottom of my garage door. I called to schedule appt. and they were here the next morning. The technician Brent Cooper was great in explaining what he was going to do. Had a major failure of my garage door on Tuesday evening. Jason from Precision Garage Door Service was there at 8:30 on Wednesday morning. He quickly evaluated the situation, developed a plan, explained it to me and performed the plan. He then recommended some maintenance items that may have led to the problem and gave me different solutions and prices. I decided on the ones to do and Jason proceeded to do the work. By 10:30 the door was fully functional and better than it was prior to the failure.

Justin came at our request because the door was having sporadic issues with opening and closing. He explained what he thought was the problem based upon how it was acting and showed us our options which ran from just replacing the control board to replacing everything. We opted to replace the control board and also the capacitor (which he said may also be a part of the problem) and were quickly back to operating again.

Service performed was on time, quick and well done. I did not like the attempt to sell me a complete, $1000 rebuild before completing an evaluation of the current problem. My door issue required minor adjustments and lube to resolve.

Chandler arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. Chandler provided a quote for a new garage door install. Because the door is not standard dimensions, Chandler informed me it would be ordered in the color I requested. This will be my second garage door installed by Precision Door. Very pleased with the service I’ve received.
