My transaction began, with Mrs. Dana, I explain to her what I wanted. Technician Braxton came out for the measurements, and style of door. With in two days, two Technician arrive for the installation, one of them been Justyn. All of the Technician was very professional and courteous. My experience with the Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was great. My expectations was, that of a well satisfied customer. Job well DONE !!!!!

I was really impressed with Precision Door Service. I had initially reached out to another garage door company to fix my garage door, but unfortunately, they never returned my phone call. In no time, the technician was knocking on my door, arriving within just 30 minutes of my initial call. He quickly performed their standard 26-point photo checklist on my garage door, provided me with a fair price, and completed the necessary repairs, all within a mere fifteen minutes. Our old, heavy wooden garage doors have needed to be replaced for the last few years. The spring system finally broke causing us to move forward with a full replacement. WOW! We have been so impressed with the new system. Before you could hear and feel the vibrations of the old doors opening inside the house. Our new ones are so quiet that our 3 dogs don't even hear us arrive until we are walking in the door of the house. The motion activated lights are a huge safety feature and the security cameras are an additional safety bonus. We no longer turn on our mounted garage light because as soon as we step into the garage the opener lights turn on encasing our entire garage in bright light before we even press a button on either opener. Braxton was our main technician assisted by Chase and Justin. All 3 were extremely professional, positive, punctual and thorough in their explanation of all the features and functions of our new doors and openers. The office staff as well has been pleasant to work with at every phone conversation we have had. I highly recommend this company for their personal attention to detail and their professional responsibility in their work. I also recommend you request Braxton for your repair or install needs. I truly believe he treated this work as thoroughly as he would have if he was doing the work on his own house.

The guys were friendly and professional and called to let me know they were on the way. The doors look and operate great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the new seals are narrower than the the old ones and don't overlap the garage door opening trim correctly. Wider seals should have been used.

A job well done. I had a broken spring on garage door. Called for repair at 6:30 PM, appointment time set for next day 8 -10 AM. Repair man called a little after 8 AM. Arrived around 8:30. He checked the rest of the door told me all I would need is a new spring. He repaired the door quickly and safely. I write this a week later and everything is working well on the garage door.
