Precision is a top notch company. Very responsive, prompt and professional. Brent was awesome to work with. He assessed the situation that needed repair and provided several options for repair and price ranges. His assessment was spot on and he left my garage door in a much better way than he found it. He went above and beyond to provide high quality customer service. Would recommend again!!

Brent Cooper came to my home to handle a garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He looked at my old motor and ran through my options. He went over everything with the new opener and answered my questions. I loved that you sent an email of the technician so I knew who was coming. He let me know when he was arriving and did arrive in the window that was provided. Good job Brent!

I called Precision because they installed my new garage door last year. I completely trust them because of the good service provided by them. You came through again. Service technician was here before time and had checked my door in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them.

I'm one of those annoying engineers and Hunter answered all of my questions and didn't seem to mind that I watched the process. He was very polite and not at all pushy about me taking one of the more expense routes and rather just the one that addressed the direct issue. I had a neighbor recommend them and I'll do the same.

I am super impressed with the service I have received so far! I made an appointment for the purchase and installation of a specialty size door. My technician, Chandler, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and answered All my questions with patience and consideration. Chandler took the time to explain what would occur before I received a completed estimate and the time frame I would be looking at. Before he left, he made sure I had his contact information in case I had further questions I would know how to reach him. Thank you for the A+++ Customer service, Chandler. Your professionalism was greatly appreciated. It is something that is hard to find in this day age.

I was very impressed with the individual that came. He called in advance and was within the time frame I was given. He even got on the cell phone with my son to explain the options. I am 84 years old and do not know anything about door repair. My son helped me decide. The individual was very patient on the phone with my son and explained 3 or 4 options and the price. I thought Precision had installed the door originally but he found a sticker that said Wilson. They had not done a good job. Thank you for sending such a nice person and fixing my door this morning. I have to be able to always open the door. Helen Hodge, 256-426-2037

The repairman came when he promised, was nice, pleasant. I watched, ask questions. He answered, worked hard, didn't dilly dally. He smiled! I appreciated his good work. Thank you. Not being able to open or close a heavy 2 car garage door is not something that can be left undone.

This is my second time using Precision and once again I received stellar service! Mitchell was prompt, professional, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He also inspected every part of my door to ensure it was all working properly which really put my mind at ease as it is an older door. I could not be happier with the service I received today. Thank you, Mitchell!

Your technician was knowledgeable and efficient, My only issue was your price. The bill was $502, but I had a coupon for $100 off. I paid $402 for your technician to replace three sets of bearings and set the tension on the torsion spring. Parts may have been $50, which means I paid $352 for less than one hour of his time. That said, he did a great job.
