I am a hands on guy and can usually fix anything. Reluctantly I had to call a professional to fix my garage door. I choose Precision because I've seen them in my neighborhood. I am very pleased with my choice. The technician, (Heath Burlison) was very professional. He assessed the situation and provided me with three options of service. He also provided me with some knowledge concerning my garage door; which ultimately made it abundantly clear on which service route to go with. Did I mention he was very diligent and quick. He single handily removed and replaced two springs, both cables and sprockets, all the bearings, all the rollers, and he lubricated all moving parts; in under an hour. Excellent job! Mitchell explained that he needed to install the new springs differently than the original installation. I asked who would do a simple remove and replace so he offered a few names. But since these springs have a lifetime warranty, we went with these. Mitchell was very personable and the repair went quickly. He even replaced the rollers on each side of the doors with better quality ones.
