Tech support from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is always very professional and timely. Justin identified an issue with our Garage Door Camera software, quickly reloaded the system, and fixed everything. Justin was our Tech and he first made a detailed check of our garage opener system and clearly recommended potential options to fix our key issue and updates to improve upon other parts of our garage doors/opener that would improve our overall setup, focused on safety, mechanical and electrical operation and cost (value/improvement for changes). Everything was done to our approval and we will look forward to having Justin back when we plan to change out our garage doors. Thank-you Precision Door Service.

Excellent job! Mitchell explained that he needed to install the new springs differently than the original installation. I asked who would do a simple remove and replace so he offered a few names. But since these springs have a lifetime warranty, we went with these. Mitchell was very personable and the repair went quickly. He even replaced the rollers on each side of the doors with better quality ones.

I have used Precision before, which is why I called them again. Clean cut personnel. It was obvious the technician knew what needed doing and set about doing it in a professional manner. We had a small mishap backing out of our garage this morning. One of the vertical tracks was hit causing it to twist rendering the door unusable. I called precision door at about 10:00am and the door was fixed before 02:30pm. Just excellent service from the staff who took my call through the technician (Mitchel Meals) who completed the repair. I highly recommend Precision Door for all garage door maintenance, repair or replacement. 5 STAR all the way !

The young man that came to my house was very courteous and presentable. He was very knowledgeable on my garage door and gave me tips. He also let me know what was new and upgraded. Really impressed with his knowledge of the remote control. He was very efficient and professional. Thats harder to find these days when you need stuff done around the house. 5 stars only because the scale only went to 5. I commend this young man on a job well done
