I am very pleased with my choice. The technician, (Heath Burlison) was very professional. He assessed the situation and provided me with three options of service. He also provided me with some knowledge concerning my garage door; which ultimately made it abundantly clear on which service route to go with. Did I mention he was very diligent and quick. He single handily removed and replaced two springs, both cables and sprockets, all the bearings, all the rollers, and he lubricated all moving parts; in under an hour.
