We had a small mishap backing out of our garage this morning. One of the vertical tracks was hit causing it to twist rendering the door unusable. I called precision door at about 10:00am and the door was fixed before 02:30pm. Just excellent service from the staff who took my call through the technician (Mitchel Meals) who completed the repair. I highly recommend Precision Door for all garage door maintenance, repair or replacement. 5 STAR all the way !

The young man that came to my house was very courteous and presentable. He was very knowledgeable on my garage door and gave me tips. He also let me know what was new and upgraded. Really impressed with his knowledge of the remote control. He was very efficient and professional. Thats harder to find these days when you need stuff done around the house. 5 stars only because the scale only went to 5. I commend this young man on a job well done

Great service! I hadn't used Precision before, but selected them based on reviews. Our garage door spring broke and the technician (Hunter Taylor) was able to come out right away. He replaced the spring quickly as well as all the rollers. I did opt for the lifetime replacement as the spring had been replaced 2 times in the past 12 years. Precision uses quality parts. Additionally, I had Taylor fix a few things on the garage door that weren't originally installed correctly and also replace the rollers on our second garage door. Would definitely use Precision again! Taylor was exceptional.

Precision did a great job for us and the service was fast and reasonable. So glad I didn't go with the first place I called, which said I would have to wait a week before they could even get someone out to look at my garage door opener. I have used Precision Door about 3 times since I moved to Huntsville and will continue to use them. My garage door had a minor issue and Carl quickly repaired. He also reviewed with me the different door mechanism upgrade packages which is helpful as I like to prevent problems by using quality components to prolong useful life.
