I was very pleased with the service that Hunter provided. He was able to fix the erratic stopping and starting of the door closure and was extremely helpful in explaining other aspects of the functioning of the system that I had not been aware of. He definitely went above and beyond what could be expected, and was also very friendly and pleasant to talk with.

On May 10, 2018 I had repair work done on my garage doors by Austin . He called and said he could come earlier than the time scheduled and I was happy to let him come on. The Service Techs (TJ and Tyler) called me to let me know when they would be here and arrived a few minutes ahead which was great. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the issue and made some key adjustments and offered me a couple of updates to my garage door, etc. I declined but was glad they let me know of some possible issues down the road. Both TJ and Tyler was very knowledgeable and finished the job in approx 30 minutes. Great service and very friendly. Would certainly use Precision Garage Door again and I will tell others as well. Excellent job TJ and Tyler!!

Precision Technician Austin repaired our garage door, which was completely off the track and pulling away from the wall. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the mechanics of the door. We called on a Saturday afternoon and he came at 8am on Monday morning to repair it. He repaired the door quickly and with reasonable cost. This is our first time to use Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

TJ and his trainee came out to fix my motorized gate. TJ diagnosed the problem, ordered the circuit board, and installed the delivered parts. Later, when the gate stopped working, TJ came out to check. He was quite responsive and professional. I had an electrical issue which has now been repaired. i'll be monitoring the gate as now all has been fixed. And i'll reach out to TJ if needed. Definitely would use again and recommend to others!

We called Precision this morning to fix our garage door. As it turned out they were finishing a job near by and were on site in 20 minutes. They repaired the door in a quick professional manner and gave us a 5 year warrantee for the parts and work. Jonathon was the technician and was nice, courteous and very professional. We highly recommend Precision and their work!! 5 STAR!

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I feel they were very responsive to our needs and we really appreciated how quickly they came out to fix our garage door. The technician was friendly and even came out on a Sunday night to help us out. I also like that after you make an appt, they send a follow up email with the date and a picture of who will be coming so you know what they'll look like. They seem to really care about you as a customer and keeping you happy.
