Technician arrived ahead of schedule, on a Saturday, $200+ extra, but well worth it when your only source of transportation is held captive behind a closed garage door with a broken lift spring. He assessed the repairs necessary and got to work with little fanfare. The job, involving mostly rebuilding the lift mechanism on my door, was completed at warp speed, and guaranteed for LIFE!
