What great service! TJ called ahead of schedule to coordinate time and directions and they did an exceptional job. Got the door working again and explained that the motor was no longer functioning. Company was prompt in responding to my problem. The tech was very professional and gave me 2 options to fix the issue. He explained the 2 in detail and then corrected the problem in a short time. He also checked the other non-problem door and lubricated it and explained what to use and where. Great service.
