This company made a point to remind you of the date and time of service. Hunter and Hunter(two Hunters), called ahead, promptly saw the cause of the problem, offered two options , and because they had the necessary parts, were able to fix the problem in about an hour. Both gentlemen were well mannered and skilled in their work. I was very pleased to be able to use the garage door again.

Company was prompt in responding to my problem. The tech was very professional and gave me 2 options to fix the issue. He explained the 2 in detail and then corrected the problem in a short time. He also checked the other non-problem door and lubricated it and explained what to use and where. Great service.

Jonathan arrived promptly and took care of the issues of Light Bulb Installation, resetting time from Power Failure on inside push button unit. Lubricated the whole system and got rid of noisy roller& hinges sounds, etc. He was polite and efficient.
