Heath spotted the issue immediately but continued to perform the multipoint check on our garage door/opener. He then provided options for the needed repairs. It took just about 30 minutes for Heath to complete the repairs on the garage door. The quick response was very much appreciated.

I was having a problem with our garage remotes so I called on Friday and was told someone could come out the next day. Hunter arrived earlier than scheduled which was good. Very polite listen to what I said was going on and proceeded to quickly resolve the problem. Then checked to make sure that all remotes but inside and the outside keypad were working properly.
