Brent C. (Huntsville, AL location) replaced my broken/non-functioning garage door opener - motor, electric eyes, remote, wall button and inspected both garage doors - lubricated everything on both doors on 6/12/2025. I had seen your ads on television and also had talked to some neighbors who had used your services and were well pleased. Your people were so helpful. They completed the exchange of my old garage door for a new one, explained the workings of the new door, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.

Justin did a great job assessing what we needed on the garage door and motor, provided a number of options which he explained very well, and finished the job that same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The communication with the company was timely and efficient through email and text. The pricing was also reasonable to replace the circuit board and do maintenance on our larger garage door including installing a double spring to replace a single spring. Justin also helped with our key pad, remotes, and car remotes to make sure they all worked.

I used Precision Door in Charlotte, NC at my last home. As soon as my new garage door (here in Madison, AL) gave me a problem, I knew exactly who to call. Precision has always been very thorough in explaining the problems, and in discussing the various cost options for fixing or replacing the door and/or motor. Hunter Phillips was my technician today, and he was excellent. I wasn't ready to replace my door yet, but I have the options for when I do, and I will definitely call Precision at that time.

I chose Precision primarily because of the reviews, and (based on website) range and comprehensiveness of services--and I picked right! Brent diagnosed the problem quickly, we agreed on the fix, and 90 minutes later, I had a lovely new opener installed. Brent made sure I understood how to work everything, despite my being a techno-phobe.
