I called my regular garage door company that I have used since the purchase of our home about broken spring and can't get in garage, they said they couldn't get to me before a week later. I called Precision and they had a tech here in 2-3 hours same day. He replaced the springs and done. Very professional ,courteous, and friendly.

Prompt service and the technician Adam explained all of my options after doing his initial evaluation. He repaired the door and was knowledgable of the equipment. Even though my garage door did not need it, I ended up having him install a new belt drive opener with battery back up, not disappointed at all. I have never had a quieter garage door. Adam was professional and had a great attitude. When the time comes I will be calling Precision to replace the other garage door opener with a belt drive opener. Cannot believe how quiet the one he worked on is now compared to how loud it was before. Thank you for the great service!

Mitchell came to fix a broken spring on our garage door. He was excellent! Mitchell made sure the right size springs were on the door and even put on 2 sets to make sure the pressure of the door was optimal. Super nice as well. Will certainly make Precision my go to for garage door needs.

My service was excellent. Everything was explained completely before the work was done and an invoice was created to match the work and to indicate the total cost. Carl Holme is an superb technician. He had the work done in less than an hour and it all worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to everyone.
