My garage door opener failed and I was able to go online and easily schedule a same day service all. Braxton surveyed the situation and we agreed that a new motor was in order. Braxton went to work, and shortly afterwards, I was good to go. Braxton was knowledgeable and informative. He was very meticulous and thorough, checking everything out and setting up everything just right. I am extremely pleased with the experience.

Have tried several garage door companies in the 20+ years we have been in this house - there is a wide range of quality out there. Precision Door Service is, by far, the best one we’ve seen. The company is: 1) responsive, 2) actively communicates / manages the service call, 3) technicians are polite, smart / savvy about door operations / equipment; work efficiently; diagnose thoroughly and leave zero mess. We will never use another door company unless these folks shut down for some reason. They are top-notch!

I called Wednesday and hour before closing needing service on my garage door asap. Braxton was at my home by 8:35 the next morning. He expertly aligned my door, made sure the side cables were in place and re-tensioned the big spring so that the door worked smoothly with only little effort. Fast expert service at a reasonable price. Good job!

I needed a spring fixed on my door. I called Braxton after seeing a post on Facebook by his dad. He was on time and very knowledgeable and very nice to my wife since I was at work . All work was communicating very well. We are very pleased with Braxton and will use him again

I was having a problem with our garage remotes so I called on Friday and was told someone could come out the next day. Hunter arrived earlier than scheduled which was good. Very polite listen to what I said was going on and proceeded to quickly resolve the problem. Then checked to make sure that all remotes but inside and the outside keypad were working properly. We discussed replacement costs if I decided to upgrade my units. No Pressure! Very Professional James

Precision came out in a response to expedited request - garage door was broke with both cars inside. The repair was diagnosed, including other parts wear/tear, problem fixed expediently. In addition; Precision provided maintenance to the other door! Great service.

Brent came to repair my single garage door that would not go up or down. Could not replace the board in the motor because unit was very old and board no longer available. Agreed to a new motor system. I also had a detached garage that I could open manually. Asked if he could install a unit for that garage. Brent was very happy to do so. He spent more than 5 hours installing both units. He worked very hard and made sure everything was working properly. Only minor issue was he was not able to help me install the app on my tablet. The app required getting on a ladder which Brent try to do but the app was not wanting to cooperate. We gave up. Will call Liftmaster for help. Brent was awesome!!!!!

Justyn was knowledgeable and showed me the problem with my garage door and what was needed to repair it. He presented me with 3 different plans before he proceeded. Super simple and easy appointment was made after my 20 year old garage opener gave out. Braxton and Hunter arrived right on time and got me fixed up with a new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings, and other hardware for a reasonable price on the spot in the same day in under 90 minutes! Definitely recommend for any garage door needs! Super professional, honest, informative, and did a great diagnosis with no-pressure installation! Highly recommended!

Justin was great, he examined the problem as a whole and provide me multiple options, performed the repair & necessary maintenance and everything was completed within approximately 30 minutes. All went great. I have used them before and will use them again. Also, I would recommend others.
