Technician arrived ahead of schedule, on a Saturday, $200+ extra, but well worth it when your only source of transportation is held captive behind a closed garage door with a broken lift spring. He assessed the repairs necessary and got to work with little fanfare. The job, involving mostly rebuilding the lift mechanism on my door, was completed at warp speed, and guaranteed for LIFE! On top of all those accolades, he was pleasant to be around. You have a garage door problem, choose Precision.

Justin did a great job assessing what we needed on the garage door and motor, provided a number of options which he explained very well, and finished the job that same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The communication with the company was timely and efficient through email and text. The pricing was also reasonable to replace the circuit board and do maintenance on our larger garage door including installing a double spring to replace a single spring. Justin also helped with our key pad, remotes, and car remotes to make sure they all worked.
