The guys were friendly and professional and called to let me know they were on the way. The doors look and operate great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the new seals are narrower than the the old ones and don't overlap the garage door opening trim correctly. Wider seals should have been used.

Wish I could have this experience with every company. Prompt appointment scheduled over the phone, technician arrived on time, explained their troubleshooting thought process and offered a couple options to fix the issue along with associated costs. Technician was very knowledgeable, quickly fixed my issue and provided some tips to make sure the rest of my existing equipment lasts as long as possible. Answered all of my questions and was very courteous.

This company made a point to remind you of the date and time of service. Hunter and Hunter(two Hunters), called ahead, promptly saw the cause of the problem, offered two options , and because they had the necessary parts, were able to fix the problem in about an hour. Both gentlemen were well mannered and skilled in their work. I was very pleased to be able to use the garage door again.

A job well done. I had a broken spring on garage door. Called for repair at 6:30 PM, appointment time set for next day 8 -10 AM. Repair man called a little after 8 AM. Arrived around 8:30. He checked the rest of the door told me all I would need is a new spring. He repaired the door quickly and safely. I write this a week later and everything is working well on the garage door.

I am very please with the services provided by Precision. I received an appointment confirmation email directly after I made the appointment. I received a reminder email the day before my scheduled appointment. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10. At 8:20 I received an email with the picture of my technician and his name advising my technician (Chandler) was on the way. When Chandler arrived, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about garages. He is a super guy and a great representative for Precision. He sent the estimate to me before he left my house. I was totally impressed with the entire process from the initial contact to the scheduled visit. I would recommend them. The only reason I am not using them for my repairs is because I have a garage door that panels can only be obtained from a specific company.

Stephen showed up early, after calling to be sure that was ok. A very professional and friendly guy, quickly inspected, lubed, and replaced the rollers on my garage door. I recommend calling Precision for any garage door needs.

Stephen was so friendly and nice. Looked the door over. The door had been sticking and would not go up all the way:which made me leave the car outside. He sprayed the bolts and rubber sides and took care of the problem and gave recommendations for care. Yes, I would use them again.

We had a pretty problem with our garage door and was so worried it would cost a lot to get it fixed, which being Christmas season and n a LOW fixed income, we worried but had to call the doctor installation company-Precision Door Company and Stephen came out today. He immediately saw he pretty problem, (our fault) and voila it works like a charm!!! What a relief and no we can get on with our lif and not have this burdensome worry!!! A huge Thank to to Stephen and Precision Door Co. of Huntsville and a big hug. And bl as all of you and goo you gave a very znerry Christmas ??????????

I called your company because your add stated you had an emergency service and could have someone come out the same day I called. It was Friday and Stephen the technician came within a couple hours after I called regarding my problem. I was grateful not to have to wait for an appointment next week.
