You never know what you are truly going to get, when you don’t know anyone and must rely on accurate reviews online. I read all reviews. The loyal fans and customers of Precision Garage Door of Huntsville were spot on in their praise of this company. The receptionist who handled my call, could not have been nicer and gave thorough information of what I could expect. Carl Holme, technician for Precision Garage Door of Huntsville, called me before my appointment, letting me know he finished up early on his current appointment – would I like him to come early? HECK YEAH!! And so, he did, and what a delightful man! He was professional and courteous, spoke to me in English…terms I could understand and while the repair work he performed on my garage door was minor, he assessed the current condition of our garage door and made a few recommendations for down the road…and they made perfect sense. He left a great impression on me, as someone who takes pride in their work, the company he represents and how he relates to people in general – what a great attitude! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Huntsville.

I called Precision Doors on a Sunday afternoon, since they were open, and they were able to help repair my garage door the next day. They called before they arrived, and when they did arrive, they were on time and very professional. My service person was Carl and he identified my issues quickly and repaired the door in a short amount of time. The cost was reasonable and I was very happy with Carl's professional repair work and his knowledge.

I am extremely satisfied with the response time and overall customer service. The install team were professional and knowledgeable. Well organized and worked effectively in a timely and safe manner. I valued the feedback from the Team on what to watch for in the future and I also likely the option plans presented. I know I have a keeper for garage door repairs and maintenance. This is important to me being I have three properties to maintain. I will use them for all my properties in the future.

My garage door made noises like it was about to fall apart. I had seen a coupon in a recent book and decided to give them a call instead of whom I had called in the past. The people I called in the past obviously did not need my business by the way they acted. I called Precision they came out right away. The two guys sent a text before they arrived and when they arrived they looked over the garage door gave it a spray of a different kind of Lubricate then I was using. The only thing that I had not sprayed on my door He sprayed and the noise was gone. The guy said that he would not feel good about charging me for that and so he did not. Now that’s good business. I’ve been thinking about replacing my garage door and I talked to him about it he left me some information and it may be a while but Precision will be installing my new door . I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a fair deal and a good job.
