Your technician was knowledgeable and efficient, My only issue was your price. The bill was $502, but I had a coupon for $100 off. I paid $402 for your technician to replace three sets of bearings and set the tension on the torsion spring. Parts may have been $50, which means I paid $352 for less than one hour of his time. That said, he did a great job.

The guys were friendly and professional and called to let me know they were on the way. The doors look and operate great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the new seals are narrower than the the old ones and don't overlap the garage door opening trim correctly. Wider seals should have been used.

Service was good and personnel showed up on time. Due to back problems I had to call Precision door service because they were the only ones who could fit me in today. Service was great but I did think it was too high on cost. I realize everyone has to make a living but 486.00 to replace two springs is rather high. If I didn't have back problems, I could have done it for a fraction of the price. Service personnel were very professional and nice. He made sure all components were working correctly and checked spring tension and lubricated all joints. I am not saying I wouldn't use Precision door service because I will, I just think based on man hours and parts 486.00 was extremely high. I know with inflation like it is and availability of all hardware, I know it cost more then it did 10 years when I replaced the springs on my other door but I really can't complain. I had to have it done today so I was at the mercy of calling a service repair man. Other than that I would recommend Precision. Really can't complain other then the cost.

Technicians well qualified and quickly made repairs to my garage door. They also showed up on time as indicated. They do good work but the only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is cost for the repair.

Adam, Openers work fine but the left garage door still has problems closing. On the house garage door the insulation is showing gaps on both the left and right and can allow snakes and other critters into the garage. The insulation may need to be pulled down or isn't thick enough. Help!

Very quick and professional response to my broken torsion spring dilemma. I opted to have two new springs installed along with new drums, end bearing plates and rollers. The door is quieter than its ever been. My only reservation has to do with the billing. The replacement parts are itemized but have no price. Hence, there is no way to discern the cost of parts versus labor.

Fast excellent service. A little put off by the 2 spring requirement since original Torsion Spring was a single spring. However, they were at my house within an hour and the job was expertly completed within 45 minutes. I was very pleased overall.
