Review:

I had a repair done today and the garage worked well enough to park my vehicle back into it. Went back out to leave and there is no power to the switch. The technician was very friendly, but to pay over $200 for a repair that literally only worked well enough for me to pull my car in & let the garage back down is beyond frustrating!! I called back & another appointment isn't available until Monday. Not only that, but the agent was unable to confirm if the work would be guaranteed. The power is now loss to the switch and I can't help but to wonder if there is something loose now as this was not an issue before the repair and if there was anything else going on with it, I'd think for sure that a professional should have been able to properly diagnose any issues so that I would have had an opportunity to make a fully conscious decision as to whether investing in today's repair. I will give this a 1 because the technician was very friendly, but I need quality work that is done correctly the first time.

Carl, would not help me to get my garage door out of learning mode. He was too busy telling me that I needed a new motor. This was a total waste of $69.

They came out 6-9-2020 to give us a price. It is now 6-23-2020 and no price. So I called today for price after waiting on the phone was told would send it right out email. All I received was a invoice stating they didn't charge me.

Would not install spring because he said the door needed to be replaced before he could put his or company’s name on the repair. Had appointment for 2 days . I had to call another company to finish the job.
