I needed a spring fixed on my door. I called Braxton after seeing a post on Facebook by his dad. He was on time and very knowledgeable and very nice to my wife since I was at work . All work was communicating very well. We are very pleased with Braxton and will use him again

We are more than pleased with our experience with Precision Doors. We needed a new garage door opener and ended up purchasing new garage doors. Our technician Hunter was so friendly courteous and professional! He installed key pads and programmed all the remotes. Hunter walked me through step by step how to use everything and answered all my questions. He went through the design of my new doors and helped me order exactly what we wanted! I chose Precision because of all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The technician who arrived was young and I admit I was skeptical he might not be as experienced. He was actually a little early to our arranged time (but called to make sure that was ok) and the repair estimate was below my expectation. He was then able to make the repairs needed, with parts he had with him, and finished much quicker than I expected. If or when I need this type work again, I will definitely call Precision first.

I called Precision one morning and they were out early afternoon to give an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and they were able to repair the garage door that day. I was more than satisfied. A family member was there and was so impressed he asked the repairman to do some work for him.
