Mr. Keyshawn Banks was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door repairs, replacements, and proper installation. He not only fixed our garage door, which wouldn’t open, but also explained the simple issue that caused the problem in the first place. I also asked about repairing dents in our second door and originally planned to replace the panels. Although they weren’t able to replace just the panels, Mr. Banks provided clear quotes for a full door replacement along with additional options that would help extend the life of our garage door system. Hunter came by, inspected everything, explained the results of his inspection and then provided 3 payment options/levels of service/repair. I really appreciated these repair options. Most companies would give you a cost to do everything resulting in a high pressure sell. I felt like it took the pressure off and gave you room to decide on what repairs you wanted to make and how much you wanted to spend. Hunter answered my questions and explained everything well. He did a great job and it really didn’t take long. He performed a rebuild and replaced all the moving parts of my 20 year old 2 car garage door. I highly recommend him and this company!
