This is my 2nd experience with Precision Garage Door. Jacob was my technician both times. You put me at ease when you sent his picture & bio. I felt like I already knew him. Last year he installed my door, answered all my questions and showed me how he solved my problem. This year he was back to make a minor adjustment (at no charge) & with a smile! You guys are Top Notch!

Scheduling was very easy and they were able to give me some estimated prices for what I thought was going to be my resulting problem. Turned out there was maybe a different problem than what I thought and that they were unable to help any further because it was going to need addressed by a different skilled contractor (potential drains). I likes the honesty and being upfront and not trying to sell me something that I did not really need. On site Technician Hunter was very courteous and professional and was transparent about his time in the field and gave me examples what the problem could be and why it was outside the paramenters of their organization.

So, i had a garage door that would start to close then stop. Its a precision brand PDS 800. i made an appointment and he was able to come earlier, fine with me. Hunter , the tech arrived and looked things over, made some adjustments, lubricated the joints, and went on his way..... opening and closing the garage door is something i just used to, with a push of a button. But when it doesn't work , its a problem. These guys took care of the problem,. thanks cjc

Garage Door broke this morning at 7 AM. I called was able to talk to a customer service or tech. They were able to schedule a repair person four hours later. The young man that came was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He was able to complete the repairs in a very timely manner gave me additional options which I took. Hats off to Hunter Phillips the service tech. And hats off definitely to this company. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with Precision Door Service. Garage door spring broke late in the afternoon; got online and scheduled a visit for the next day. The technician, Brent, arrived early, provided quotes for three levels of repair, and finished the work (replaced spring and all moving parts) in record time. Brent was very courteous, informative, and professional. Couldn't be happier with his work.

After discussing the pro's and con's of repairing the old garage door opener, (28 years) we decided to replace it with a new Genie belt drive opener. I am very satisfied with the opener and the technician that installed it. He did a good job and programed my car remotes.

I appreciate that you came out to fix my garage door the same day that I requested the service. The person who took the call was very helpful in gathering my information and scheduling the repair. I was very surprised and very pleased that the repair was going to happen not only the same day I requested the service but also that it was going to be somewhat late in the day, 6:00-8:00 pm. That made me feel like it was important to y'all. Unfortunately, I missed the technician who came out to fix my door. He came out much earlier. I was notified by text and a phone call that he was coming out, but I did not have my phone with me at the time because I wasn't expecting calls. Fortunately, my wife was home at able to let the technician fix the door. I'm sorry I missed him. I would have liked to explain how the door was working before it "broke." The door and tracks look good and the door operates nicely/smoothly. It did not do that before the repair. Thank you very much for fixing my door so quickly.
