Brent Cooper worked on the issue & thought he had it ready, but the other side of the door stopped working too. He stayed and worked on it until the job was completed & correct. Another tech (Hunter) showed up with a component that was needed and provided some information about the direct drive motor I have. They were both professional, friendly & explained things clearly. Give these guys a raise or at least buy them lunch!

Chandler arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. Chandler provided a quote for a new garage door install. Because the door is not standard dimensions, Chandler informed me it would be ordered in the color I requested. This will be my second garage door installed by Precision Door. Very pleased with the service I’ve received.
