The technician, Brent, arrived early, provided quotes for three levels of repair, and finished the work (replaced spring and all moving parts) in record time. I appreciate that you came out to fix my garage door the same day that I requested the service. The person who took the call was very helpful in gathering my information and scheduling the repair. I was very surprised and very pleased that the repair was going to happen not only the same day I requested the service but also that it was going to be somewhat late in the day, 6:00-8:00 pm. That made me feel like it was important to y'all. Unfortunately, I missed the technician who came out to fix my door. He came out much earlier. I was notified by text and a phone call that he was coming out, but I did not have my phone with me at the time because I wasn't expecting calls. Fortunately, my wife was home at able to let the technician fix the door. I'm sorry I missed him. I would have liked to explain how the door was working before it "broke." The door and tracks look good and the door operates nicely/smoothly. It did not do that before the repair. Thank you very much for fixing my door so quickly.

On Saturday June 13, 2026 we had an issue with the garage door not closing completely. I called Precision Garage Door Service (not sure if they were open on weekends). To my surprise they were open.
