The Technician, Hunter, was very professional. He offered three different options after evaluating the garage door and based on what was needed. It only took him about an hour to replace my old broken door opener with a new and modern opener that has great features. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the spring when I will have some of the door hardware replaced and serviced.

We picked Precision because you installed our opener. Our door wouldn’t close, so we called. Your technician came two hours early and we met him only by chance. He pushed the button and the door closed. He pushed it again and the door opened. He did this 5-6 times and it always worked. He thanked me for calling Precision and I thanked him for “fixing the door “.

Today, Heath came out to check a noise...and soon identified what it was, and took the time to rectify the situation. Noise Be Gone! What's nice about they way he does things is, he checks things out first, then he tells me what he's going to do....and why, and then shows me the work is done and problem solved. He also is a super nice guy...personable, humble, and he'll make sure there are no questions hanging.

5 Star rating as that was what it was. Notified me that they were on the way in the selected time period (actually a little early due to a cancellation), did an through inspection, gave me the options and explained everything in detail and cost for each option. I chose the preferred option and work was done in short time. Great job by the installer as he explained each step, double checked all parts and lubricated all necessary bearings and joints. Lastly he said to call if I had any problems or questions.

Brent was an efficient technician. He was able to problem solve within minutes of arriving. A groundhog had gotten “trapped” in the garage all night and chewed wires to the sensors. Brent found the problem and fixed the sensor wires within minutes. I highly recommend this young man at Precision Garage Door. Very kind

My garage door opener failed and I was able to go online and easily schedule a same day service all. Braxton surveyed the situation and we agreed that a new motor was in order. Braxton went to work, and shortly afterwards, I was good to go. Braxton was knowledgeable and informative. He was very meticulous and thorough, checking everything out and setting up everything just right. I am extremely pleased with the experience.
