Mitchell Meals accomplished an excellent job. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quick in completing the spring replacement. The appointment was scheduled for between 10-12, but he was here at 10. My experience with most repairs is a 4 hour window and 95% show up at the last hour. I liked your text stating who was coming and a picture of the person. Great for security purposes. The only thing I didn't like was the gas charge.

He took apart the old garage door opener and discovered the problem. He then presented options to owner and enabled us to make our decision.
