Precision is my go to service for any garage door problem. I have used them before with excellent results. This time my garage door opener was not working at night, during the day was fine. What happen? I did my research on this and found outdoor landscaping lights with LED bulbs emit a wave that can interfere with the garage remote signal. I call and discussed this with Precision and they said this was a problem they have seen and updating the receiver on the garage door to a different wave signal would fix the problem. I made an appointment the next day. And Justin texted me to let me know he was ten minuets away and arrived right on time. We turned on the outdoor lights and tried the remote and sure enough the door did not open. He changed out the old receiver with a new one and problem solved. He tested it from various distances and even reprogrammed my car remote. Thanks Justin, great job!

I have used Precision Garage Door Service for all of my garage door services for many years because of the quality of service they offer. I ordered two 9x8 garage doors from Precision to replace 24 yr old doors after one was damaged. The price was competitive and quality was excellent. They scheduled the installation and two of their excellent technicians arrived on time and proceeded to remove the old doors and tracks. The installation of the new doors went smoothly and efficiently. I was very happy with the work and the product. I received a card in the mail for a free Tune Up on the doors after a 12 month period. Had a major failure of my garage door on Tuesday evening. Jason from Precision Garage Door Service was there at 8:30 on Wednesday morning. He quickly evaluated the situation, developed a plan, explained it to me and performed the plan. He then recommended some maintenance items that may have led to the problem and gave me different solutions and prices. I decided on the ones to do and Jason proceeded to do the work. By 10:30 the door was fully functional and better than it was prior to the failure.

Justin came at our request because the door was having sporadic issues with opening and closing. He explained what he thought was the problem based upon how it was acting and showed us our options which ran from just replacing the control board to replacing everything. We opted to replace the control board and also the capacitor (which he said may also be a part of the problem) and were quickly back to operating again.
