When I called the young lady was very polite and helpful. Brian came to my house and was so kind and patient with me when I asked questions. He was very clear about what he might be able to help me with, and about what he might not be able to help with. Brian gave me suggestions as to what to do if he couldn't repair everything. He did repair everything and I appreciate young people like him who are so kind and respectful and knowledgeable.

Bryan did an outstanding job on my door! He replaced my 7 foot rail and broken belt with an 8 foot rail and new belt. Amazingly my door opens all the way to the top of the opening now instead of a foot from the top. The new belt fixed my issue with adjusting the travel all the way to the floor. I appreciate your great work and professionalism Bryan. I won't hesitate to call Precision if I need work done in the future.

He came early! After calling first, of course. I went over what I wanted and he listened to me. He had to go back to the shop for the right new opener for me. He put it together, new buttons on the wall (and sensors), Hooked up my car and my phone to the MyQ and it all works terrifically. Justin was quick, efficient, friendly, and answered all my questions. I will use them from now on.

They have a good reputation and have good hours. The technician arrive within the scheduled time and knew what to do and offered three different plans for repair. I opted for a complete replace of all componets 5hat wear and now have a lifetime warranty of all parts and labor. The door now operates very quietly and is very smooth. Very satisfied with his work. He removed all the old parts. I am very satisfied and would recommend this firm to anyone needing their services.

Precision Garage Door did an excellent job, as they did when I first used them around 5 years ago. Chandler, the technician, came in the estimated time frame, and sent me a text when he was on his way. After he spent maybe 20 minutes analyzing the door problems, he presented me with three different estimates, and explained the various options that affect the price. He was patient as I asked questions. He also explained alternatives for future possibilities, including buying a replacement parts from Amazon or Home Depot. Some items may be a little cheaper than his company, but considering that there might be compatibility problems. My conclusion is I am better off using his company, where they wouldn't be any compatibility problems. I will definitely use this company again.

A trusted friend recommended Precision. As soon as the appointment was scheduled, we received confirmation via text and email. The technician was to arrive between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. At 3:45 PM he (Justin) called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Right on schedule! Before Justin arrived we received a notice with his picture and resume. Nice safety feature in today's world. Justin was polite and very professional. He explained the issue and provided options given the age and condition of the door/lifter. He was finished in approximately one hour. We are very satisfied!!!
