Very happy with the service and professionalism from Precision! Got a follow up call and subsequent service call to provide a scheduled maintenance on the new garage door I purchased a year ago, and I've been very happy with it and have had no problems. A special thanks to Dana for the follow up call, and to Jacob for the service call. Great job folks!

Been doing business with Precision for years and have always had consistent, reliable and excellent service. Rapid response to my service call (within 4 hours) with a well-qualified service tech (Mitchell Meal) who answered all my questions professionally while offering options to our doors with absolutely no pressure to purchase the upgrade. I normally never write recommendations, but in this case, it is well deserved! Great job and keep up the great work!
