Fast service at a reasonable price. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the spring replacement in less than 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he was pulling out of the driveway. Can't beat that.

I was very impressed with Precision from the minute I called them for service. I called on a Sunday afternoon and had an appointment Tuesday. They sent me text and email reminders including a picture of the technician. When they showed up they were on time, courteous, and explained what was wrong with my door and the options for fixing it. I was very impressed with the service they provided and happy that they had my door working again within the hour.

Company was prompt in responding to my problem. The tech was very professional and gave me 2 options to fix the issue. He explained the 2 in detail and then corrected the problem in a short time. He also checked the other non-problem door and lubricated it and explained what to use and where. Great service.

When I called the young lady was very polite and helpful. Brian came to my house and was so kind and patient with me when I asked questions. He was very clear about what he might be able to help me with, and about what he might not be able to help with. Brian gave me suggestions as to what to do if he couldn't repair everything. He did repair everything and I appreciate young people like him who are so kind and respectful and knowledgeable.

Bryan did an outstanding job on my door! He replaced my 7 foot rail and broken belt with an 8 foot rail and new belt. Amazingly my door opens all the way to the top of the opening now instead of a foot from the top. The new belt fixed my issue with adjusting the travel all the way to the floor. I appreciate your great work and professionalism Bryan. I won't hesitate to call Precision if I need work done in the future.
