One of our garage door springs broke on New Years Day. It seems that home crises never happen during business hours. I decided to call Precision’s phone number just to get their working hours, so I would know when to call them. Instead they had a live operator on duty on the holiday. She took my information and set up an appointment for the following day. Their technician arrived at the appointed time and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Very pleased with everything about the experience.

I would highly recommend Precision, without hesitation. Our garage door was broken and they came out the same day (Saturday so it was an emergency appointment) and did the work. Fixed the problem very quickly and now the door opens quietly. They called ahead, texted employee info, offered to come earlier than scheduled time and were polite and efficient. Will def call them again!

The technician did a great job! I had 3 dead snakes in my garage, and I wanted a new seal put on my garage door. He also gave me a suggestion (spray foam) that could be used to fill in gaps in wall facings, etc.

Referred by Home Advisor. Called and scheduled service next day. Technician, Mitchel, provided three repair/replace estimates. He advised the current drive train was in good shape, and the outstanding features of the replacement units. I elected to repair unit by replacing circuit board. Technician replaced board and reprogramed all remotes. Very professional service, will call them again.

Just finished getting our garage door motor repaired by Mitchell with Precision. He was fantastic... Courteous and very professional. Within minutes of listening to my description of the problems we had been experiencing, he was able to quickly check a few things, diagnose the problem (a weak/failing capacitor, which needed to be replaced), and make the proper repairs. Only late in the day, yesterday afternoon, had I found these guys online and made a call to schedule the repair... Less than one day later, and we are all set to go. 5 stars for Mitchell and the Precision crew, for sure!

I called for service to replace door seal, appointment set up promptly, technician (Mr. Meals) showed up on time, work was done, suggested reinforcement of bracket to which I agreed. My technician was able to quickly identify and solve the two problems affecting the operation of my opener. I had a loose cable twisted around a pulley. All four of the pulley bearing races, as well as the door section hinges needed lubrication. I had only been lubricating the rails. I felt the price charged was reasonable and well worth paying, since the technician gave me valuable advice.

Precision was very helpful, they were able to fit us in and come out to help put our broken garage door down for the night. And we were able to get our new door within two days and only took two hours installing the new one. Mitchell and his helper did an outstanding job! They definitely deserve a Five star review.
