I got home after work and noticed a self tapping screw on the garage floor. I looked around and found that it came from the garage door. I called at 0700 and the tech was here by 1600. I needed someone to work on a garage door within 24 hours is why I chose Precision after looking online. I was the seller and was closing on that home the next day. They did such a good job that I had them come to the home that I live in and again they did a great job, works better than when we bought the house 5 months ago. I liked that they sent a photo of the technician ahead of time so that I knew who to expect, the cost was reasonable, and the technicians seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

I have used Precision Door for installation of a new garage door and for service calls. All interactions have been prompt, cordial, and most of all honest. I had some trouble with the door opening by remote and made a service call. The tech was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem as interference from LED bulbs I had just installed. There was no charge! I feel good about using Precision Door and I would not hesitate giving a full endorsement .

The spring broke on one of our garage doors and I could not open the door. I was at a very inopportune time. I was planning to leave within a few hours to deliver Christmas gifts to South Alabama since our daughter and grandson were planning to Huntsville for Christmas; however, our daughter just found out that she tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. I called Precision Door Service around 10:30 and found that they could schedule an appointment for between 12:00 and 2:00. The service technician, Mitchell, arrived a little after 12:00. He explained my repair options and provided the price for each option. I made my selection and he went to work. I did not time him, but I would guess he completed all repairs within 45 minutes. He was very professional and courteous in all of our interactions. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors.
