Outstanding job by Hunter. He had our issue diagnosed in about 5 minutes and was able to repair it quickly. He also checked our other garage door opener and found the same problem was about to happen. This was the first time that I have used their service and I must say that I was very impressed. They gave me a precise date and time when they would be able to come out and work on my garage door which I was happy and relieved about after waiting for weeks with my previous garage door company dragging me along for weeks constantly telling me they would be there (NOT) and then actually telling me to find service elsewhere for my garage door issues. Bryan did an outstanding job on my door! He replaced my 7 foot rail and broken belt with an 8 foot rail and new belt. Amazingly my door opens all the way to the top of the opening now instead of a foot from the top. The new belt fixed my issue with adjusting the travel all the way to the floor.
