Super simple and easy appointment was made after my 20 year old garage opener gave out. Braxton and Hunter arrived right on time and got me fixed up with a new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings, and other hardware for a reasonable price on the spot in the same day in under 90 minutes! Definitely recommend for any garage door needs! Super professional, honest, informative, and did a great diagnosis with no-pressure installation! Highly recommended!

Brent was very professional and presented himself well. He did leave automatic when he arrived at my house and I wasn’t there. He arrived a few minutes before I got there and was patient enough to let me put my dogs outside, even though he had already had to wait a few minutes for me to get there. He explained everything throughly and answered all my questions. All around it was a great experience

The repair started with the door stuck in place and one spring hanging outside the door (before photo below). Justin C. arrived 24 hours after I requested service. Justin was professional, thorough, fast, and efficient. I was able to order a mechanical upgrade with a warranty on the spot.

Fast service at a reasonable price. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the spring replacement in less than 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he was pulling out of the driveway. Can't beat that.

Fast, efficient service. The Tech, Braxton was on time, calling about 10 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts available to make the repair. There was a lifetime warranty on the repair which is comforting. Very satisfied with the service. This is our second time using Precision and we highly recommend them to others.

Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and polite. He plainly presented us with options available for repair, and potentially upgrading our door system. The repair work was what I would consider pretty involved, but he was able to make all repairs within about 30 minutes. I was extremely satisfied.
