I got home after work and noticed a self tapping screw on the garage floor. I looked around and found that it came from the garage door. I called at 0700 and the tech was here by 1600. He had everything fixed within an hour. The service technician was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would recommend precision to anyone who needs their garage door services. Great job!

Mitchell came to fix a broken spring on our garage door. He was excellent! Mitchell made sure the right size springs were on the door and even put on 2 sets to make sure the pressure of the door was optimal. Super nice as well. Will certainly make Precision my go to for garage door needs.

I needed someone to work on a garage door within 24 hours is why I chose Precision after looking online. I was the seller and was closing on that home the next day. They did such a good job that I had them come to the home that I live in and again they did a great job, works better than when we bought the house 5 months ago. I liked that they sent a photo of the technician ahead of time so that I knew who to expect, the cost was reasonable, and the technicians seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

I have used Precision Door for installation of a new garage door and for service calls. All interactions have been prompt, cordial, and most of all honest. I had some trouble with the door opening by remote and made a service call. The tech was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem as interference from LED bulbs I had just installed. There was no charge! I feel good about using Precision Door and I would not hesitate giving a full endorsement .

One of our garage door springs broke on New Years Day. It seems that home crises never happen during business hours. I decided to call Precision’s phone number just to get their working hours, so I would know when to call them. Instead they had a live operator on duty on the holiday. She took my information and set up an appointment for the following day. Their technician arrived at the appointed time and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Very pleased with everything about the experience.

I would highly recommend Precision, without hesitation. Our garage door was broken and they came out the same day (Saturday so it was an emergency appointment) and did the work. Fixed the problem very quickly and now the door opens quietly. They called ahead, texted employee info, offered to come earlier than scheduled time and were polite and efficient. Will def call them again!

2 month delay in getting doors. Once they got here, installation completed in a couple of hours. Did a got job installing. I am satisfied by both the work and the product.
