***** - 5 Star!! What a pleasure to do business with your company! Impressions begin whten the phone is answered and enough can’t be said for Alena (hope this spelling is correct) and her reaction to our call at 8:30am. Our garage door was broken (off the track) and both cars were inside. After checking our location and where the technicians were assigned, she told us they could have Carl out between 11am and 1pm. Carl called at 10:18 to let us know he was on his way from Huntsville and his approximate arrival time. Shortly after his call we received a text message confirming this information along with Carl’s picture, a bit about him and the office number in case we had any questions. That’s great follow-up! Carl arrived on time and handled the repair quicker than we could have imagined. The charge for all this professional service was very reasonable. Other companies might have taken advantage delivering what we considered “emergency” services. We know it takes more than just these two star performers to run a business in this fashion, it takes a team. THANK YOU Precision!

My technician’s name was Austin, he was very polite, knowledgeable and on time. He looked at my door figured what it would take to fix it and then gave me the pros and cons of fixing it or replacing it with anew door and new hardware. The best choice was to go with all new due to the age of the door and other equipment that would not be replaced if he just fixed the problems. I was very pleased with his work. He got the door shut and secured until the install crew can get my new door installed.

Gentleman came out at approximately 5:00 PM. Discovered the sprocket was worn our that lifted the garage door. Also discovered the garage door only had one spring. He discussed with me that this door should have two springs. Replaced springs and rollers. The door had not been this quiet since I have owned the house. Very pleased customer. The tech was also very nice and very personable.
