Service date: 7/17/2016 The technician, TJ, called ahead to request that he be allowed to come earlier than scheduled to which I happily agreed. The technician was prompt and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem (broken spring) and provide me with multiple alternatives to resolve the problem. TJ had my garage door in good working order in under thirty minutes.

TJCooley came to 2501 Reabok Circle 35803 for a service call and He WAS FABULOUS!!! Just found his card and as my father is dying, it is such a help that we finally got that door working after 10 years of it not working and people telling my dad the whole garage face and support needed reworking. I am cleaning, preparing to put my mom into my home, and I will be able to sell or rent theirs with a working door now, what a blessing!!!! Thank you again!!!

I called this morning a little after 8 to schedule an appointment. There was a 10-12pm slot available. TJ called around 9 and said he'd finished his other appointment early and said he could come then. He got there and finished the job, replacing my circuit board within 20 mins and was gone. I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to others.

I am so very grateful for the care and attention. My father is a WWII vet and couldn't afford much, but needed the garage door opener to work, and I got same day service, and he worked and worked until it was running very smoothly and I am just thrilled. How I wish I had known about you earlier!!! I called another company several times just to try to get an appointment and they always took my number and never called to even set up an appointment. I have used Precision Door several times in the past and have always found them to be very responsive, even on Sundays when I've needed prompt service. I phoned Precision at 8am and the tech arrived at 9am. It doesn't get any better than that. Tech diagnosed that the drive gear was broken on my 27 year old Liftmaster garage door opener. He had a new one installed in an hour. Very happy to recommend these folks to all.
