Great service! I hadn't used Precision before, but selected them based on reviews. Our garage door spring broke and the technician (Hunter Taylor) was able to come out right away. He replaced the spring quickly as well as all the rollers. I did opt for the lifetime replacement as the spring had been replaced 2 times in the past 12 years. Precision uses quality parts. Additionally, I had Taylor fix a few things on the garage door that weren't originally installed correctly and also replace the rollers on our second garage door. Would definitely use Precision again! Taylor was exceptional.

I have nothing but great things to say about Precision door the customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. My initial service was in February 2020, I was given an appointment time but my technician was able to come earlier and fast forward 3 months later I received the same prompt service and technician. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Customer Service answered the phone when called. Had a cancelation & was able to schedule for 4pm - THE SAME DAY 4-6pm. The tech drove up 4pm. Diagnosed the problem & replaced new beam. Job complete. Reasonable price.We just moved from Atlanta area- used Overhead Door for many yrs. They were good but never had this response.

Exceptional service! My experience with garage door repairmen and the cost associated with such lnormally leaves me with dread..., but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Precision! The service tech was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job at a fair price. In addition to repairing my garage door, he oiled down my rollers and gave me some helpful suggestions on maintenance. If, in the future, I ever need service on my door again, I'll be certain to call them!

I chose Precision because of all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The technician who arrived was young and I admit I was skeptical he might not be as experienced. He was actually a little early to our arranged time (but called to make sure that was ok) and the repair estimate was below my expectation. He was then able to make the repairs needed, with parts he had with him, and finished much quicker than I expected. If or when I need this type work again, I will definitely call Precision first.

The Technicians were prompt, friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I needed some adjustment on the door. The Up/Down adjustments were all buggered up. "I wonder how Note to self" so I called to setup an appointment. Hunter arrived to access the problem 30 minutes later Job Complete. Door works fine GREAT JOB !!!
